Overview
The Swiftask mobile application brings your AI workspace to mobile devices on iOS and Android. It lets you install the application and authenticate securely using email, Google credentials, or enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO).
Use this guide to verify device compatibility, install the application on your smartphone, and complete authentication to access your account.
Prerequisites
Before starting, ensure you have:
A compatible smartphone running iOS 15.0 or later (available on the App Store) or Android API 24 (Android 7.0 Nougat) or later (available on the Google Play Store)
An active internet connection via Wi-Fi or cellular data
A Swiftask account or corporate login credentials linked to an active workspace
Step-by-step guide
1. Download and install the application
You can download the application either through your Swiftask web account or directly from your mobile device's app store.
Option A: Download from the Swiftask web app
Click the Settings icon (gear) in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar.
Scroll to the bottom to locate the Applications & Tools section.
Locate Application mobile and click Download → to access the store link.

Option B: Download directly from the app store
Open the App Store on iOS or the Google Play Store on Android.
Search for Swiftask and select the official application.
Tap Get (iOS) or Install (Android) to download and install the app.
Launch the application from your home screen once installation completes.
Grant required system permissions when prompted.
2. Sign in to your account
Launch the app to open the login screen.

Choose your preferred sign-in method:
Personal or work email: Enter your email address in the Personal or work email field and tap the arrow button (→) to proceed.
Google authentication: Tap Continue with Google, then select your Google account from the prompt.
Enterprise SSO: Tap Continue with SSO, enter your company domain in the modal, and tap Continue to authenticate with your identity provider.

If your company uses enterprise authentication, tap Continue with SSO for streamlined single-click sign-in.
Troubleshooting
App installation fails
Cause: Insufficient device storage or an outdated mobile operating system below iOS 15.0 or Android API 24 (Android 7.0 Nougat).
Fix: Free up internal storage space on your device and update your operating system to iOS 15.0 or later, or Android 7.0 (API 24) or later.
"Continue with SSO" option is missing or fails
Cause: SAML Single Sign-On is not configured on your workspace, or you entered an incorrect company domain.
Fix: Verify your company domain with your workspace administrator and ensure SAML SSO is enabled.
